Hey there! 👋
I'm Sebastián Ramírez (tiangolo) 😄
Open Source projects
I created some open source projects:
FastAPI, a modern, fast (high-performance), web framework for building APIs with Python, based on standard Python type hints.
Typer, a library for building CLI applications based on Python type hints, with autocompletion for all the shells.
SQLModel, a library for interacting with SQL databases from Python code, with Python objects. It is designed to be intuitive, easy to use, highly compatible, and robust. Based on Pydantic and SQLAlchemy.
Asyncer, a small library built on top of AnyIO with some utilities to help working with async and await in Python, mixing async and blocking code, and taking advantage of tooling and editors with type annotations.
I also created several other projects, you can check more in my GitHub, FastAPI's org GitHub, and my personal website: tiangolo.com.

Why sponsor me
If your product/company depends on or is related to FastAPI and you want to reach its users, you can sponsor me. Depending on the tier, you could get some extra benefits, like a badge in the docs. 🎁
Please contact me before starting a sponsorship that includes public benefits, such as a logo, tag-line, badge, or similar. I review these sponsorships first to make sure the company, product, and use case are a good fit for FastAPI and its community.
I might decline or cancel sponsorships from products or companies that could be harmful, misleading, abusive, or not aligned with the FastAPI community. For example, products related to spam, fake engagement, deceptive traffic, abusive scraping, surveillance, malware, or similar areas.
Individual sponsorships are also greatly appreciated. ☕️ Nevertheless, fortunately, neither I nor my open source projects are currently financially dependent on individual sponsorships. 😎
If you sponsor me in a tier where you don't receive something else in exchange (like a badge or consultancy time), I will redirect your sponsorship to the projects FastAPI and friends depend on. 🤓
