Humanitarian AI is a hybrid meetup.com community and open source initiative with local groups in Cambridge, San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Toronto, Montreal, London, Paris, Berlin, Oslo, Geneva, Zurich, Bangalore, Tel Aviv and Tokyo.
Former United Nations staff started the community to give students, AI developers and others opportunities to interface with humanitarian actors, discuss artificial intelligence and collaborate on volunteer projects advancing humanitarian uses of artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing.
