using computer vision to do millimeter-accurate 3D projector calibration & mapping (going beyond pieces of paper on table plane)

projected preview of what lines a CNC machine will cut on the material on its bed

portable projector+camera+computer gadget that you can pick up and use like a barcode scanner to augment and reprogram things
how to localize RFID tags with very high accuracy and low latency & use that capability to build new computer interactions
hybrid physical/digital applications (whiteboard calendar… physical website…)
new modes of perception (segmentation, handwriting recognition) to integrate into the Folk system
