Hi everyone! I'm a developer from Poland who started programming in 2004 as a little guy, just 13 years old. I've enjoyed working on apps that could help others with daily tasks. At first, I started developing apps for Windows XP in an ancient language called Delphi.
I still have the book from which everything has begun 😅:
In the meantime, I started some freelance work, making small apps for others and making funny money from them. However, I learned A LOT! In total, I finished about 100 small projects at that time using many different technologies, such as Java, HTML, C, C++, Delphi, and C#, which greatly boosted my knowledge.
On my website you will find some crazy old apps that I created at that time, like this one:
Later, when I started my professional career in college, I developed first desktop apps in Delphi, then in C#, then mobile apps for Windows Phone, then cross-platform apps for iOS and Android (in Xamarin) and finally I moved to native iOS development which I enjoy the most :).
Now I'm trying to find more productive ways of working. I created my productivity app for snippets management Snippety and I got really into Neovim. It is fun to play with Vim motions, write plugins, and tweak the environment just to my needs. I was frustrated because of things that were missing in Xcode. That's why I spent months trying to find an alternative and I finally managed to do that with Neovim. I described my whole journey in The complete guide to iOS & macOS development in Neovim .
My most important projects right now are:
Snippety - productivity application for iOS and macOS to manage snippets
Smog Poland - air pollution tracking application - one of the most popular in Poland (iOS and Android)
xcodebuild.nvim - open source plugin to move your iOS and macOS development to Neovim.

Most of my coding and blogging after work I do for free, I have only one paid app Snippety which was also my hobby project at first and it was for free for 2 years. I always love to share my knowledge whenever I find out something unusual. I prefer not to write about common topics that are already covered on thousands of websites. Instead, I choose to share usually something unique.
I would be very happy if you'd decide to support my work. Having a full-time job and developing my own things after work is very challenging and requires countless amount of coffee and lots of sleepless nights. It's always very motivating if someone else appreciates your work and it would help with boosting my open-source engagement and blogging even further.
Happy coding guys!
