A bit about me
Developer turned Developer Whisperer, Tessa Kriesel has been in the tech industry for over 13 years. She is a self-taught developer that has focused on the open source space most of her career.
In 2016, she changed gears and moved into the Developer Relations field where she grew communities, developer advocacy programs & her public speaking skills.
Today, Tessa is the head of Developer Community at Twitter and creator of The Developer Mindset, a content hub & community filled with insightful information about how developers think & advice on how to engage with them.
Why I started this
Most of the generous actions that I do I expect nothing in return, and I like it that way. However, a few folks have asked how they can "return the favor."
Ways folks can "return the favor"
Help someone else grow in their career (pay it forward)
Share my publication, The Developer Mindset, with folks that may be interested in it.
Do anything kind for someone else, "extra credit" for those that are kind to someone that can't help or do anything for them.

Tips on how to get started and excel at shooting archery
A dorky personality that cares about all humans. I'll lend my ear and heart to anyone who is underrepresented in tech, particularly those who may have been verbally or emotional abused my coworkers, managers, leaders & community members. Read my gender discrimination story
