[ ] My name is Sange Mgwigwi from Komani, South Africa🇿🇦. I am a full stack developer, mostly web development, who enjoys a challenge and learning new technologies. I am mostly self-taught🤔 although I have a strong computer science background. I am interested in a number of topics mostly in information technologyℹ️🖥️ but self help and improvement remains one of the prevalent.

[ ] I am currently working as a freelancer and have worked on a number of private projects which have helped me hone and improve my skillset🙏🏾💪🏾

[ ] The sponsorship will help me launch a series of web applications focusing on promoting self education & improvement - more especially using online resources.

I plan on using the funds to purchase a reliable computer I can use for development as the one I'm using currently does not allow me to do what I need to do. I also plan on using the funds to host the various web applications as well as the buying of equipment needed to register, develop and market the website. The funds will also assist in attracting talent to the organisation which I believe will be beneficial to the organisation (the one the website will be developed under).
The organisation will focus on providing online resources to persons from previously disadvantaged backgrounds in the form of learning resources (links, free pdfs, courses etc.), Funding for education (from advertising revenue, affiliate marketing etc.) and job resources (links to IT jobs in my country, job trends as well as invaluable experience in computer programming etc.). Entry-level developers struggle to get experience in my country due to various factors funding being one, therefore we'll enable developers to gain experience from contributing to the project whilst hopefully being paid so they can improve their skillsets.
