Since 2015, we have delivered:
99.9% uptime for RubyGems.org with ZERO major outages
Bundler shipping inside Ruby itself via collaboration with ruby-core
2 major versions, 24 minor versions, and 167 bugfix releases of RubyGems and Bundler
Bundler and RubyGems merged into a single repository and GitHub organization
stats.rubygems.org to show the community who is using RubyGems

Finally, we have created a program to pay experienced developers and developers who are just getting started to practice pairing and open source development: Ruby Me.
