Trunk Recorder has become a popular tool for recording Public Safety radio systems. All the development has been done in my spare time and I have funded keeping OpenMHz running out of pocket. While Trunk Recorder is reliable, the architecture has been updated in long team and a lot of kruft has built.
Sponsorship will help keep me focused on maintaining Trunk Recorder and also encourage me to build an updated version. Having "Customers" will create a good feeling of obligation. Also, my laptop is 7 years old and builds take forever.
