I'm Gustavo, a structural engineer by trade, a programmer by hobby and a huge anime fan. I like using JavaScript to improve my other hobbies and help other people that may share the same problems as me.
My main project on GitHub is MEGAJS, which is an unofficial SDK for MEGA, which I started maintaining just as a way to experiment service workers, but since then I use it a lot to download and upload a lot of files. It works with Node.js, Deno and browsers, supports many features and there are plans for more.
Many of my other projects are related to video subtitling and distribution, like mkv-extract which allows people to extract subtitles and fonts from MKV files directly from their browsers and svg2ass-gui, which makes svg2ass easier to use for people who are not familiar with command line interfaces and a patcher that works directly from a browser using modern JavaScript features.
