I am a fine artist turned software engineer. I studied fine art in academia and moved to the bay area of California to pursue a professional career as an artist. My career took a turn when I discovered the highly creative art form of writing code. After a love affair with computer programming, I decided to continue my career as an artist in a different way and joined a coding Bootcamp where I learned Full-stack Javascript Development. As a video game hobbyist, my first project in Javascript was a video game "The Recycle Monster". I had the opportunity to bring some of my beloved drawings to life using the PIXIjs framework. Although the gaming industry will always be near and dear to my heart my interests as a Software Engineer lie within the realm of machine learning and the technological impact AI development. The implications of machine learning technology contain possibly endless solutions to our world's biggest problems such as Global Warming.
