Following is a brief digest of my involvement in the open-source community:
I founded forksociety. It is an open-source community that works on projects related to python and javascript.
Talks at Open Source events: I delivered a talk on 'PyBeacon: Eddystone Protocol implementation in Python' I have also given talks at FOSSASIA Summit 2018, and FOSSASIA Summit 2017.
AhaEvent: It a crowdsource curated list of tech conferences with their important details such as call for proposal, to keep track. https://github.com/forksociety/AhaEvent
PyBeacon: It is an open-source python package developed and maintained by me, which is also a part of Google's Eddystone repository. PyBeacon is an Eddystone implementation in Python for Linux systems. https://github.com/forksociety/PyBeacon
OwnData: I worked on OwnData, which is a novel end-to-end solution to ensure the security of data stored over a public cloud. The proof of concept of the project is developed using Django.
