Hi,
I'm Oliver and I think, without open source, the world of software would be a very gloomy place. After years of standing on the shoulders of giants I felt like I had to give back to open source and dedicated a significant amount of time working on projects like Elastic, an Elasticsearch client for Go.
I started off my career in C/C++, moved over to the .NET world, came to learn Ruby and love Rails, but focused on Go when it was officially released in 2012. I had a number of positions in the industry and found that working in a small team of motivated individuals still works best for me.
