I (Prasad Chalasani) am an independent ML researcher and consultant. I have a BTech/CS from IIT, and a PhD/ML from CMU. I have nearly 3 decades of experience working at Los Alamos, ASU, Goldman Sachs, Yahoo and MediaMath in a variety of quant-research roles, most recently heading up ML teams.
I have publications and expertise in the areas of combinatorial optimization, adversarial learning, transformer models for event-sequences, deep reinforcement learning, and LLMs.
