I mostly do plugins for JetBrains IDEs (phpstorm, pycharm, etc...). There are usually plentiful of open issues from users, I do them from time to time.
When I collect enough money, I'll be able to quit my office job for a while and dedicate full time to the opensource development. There are dozens of typing things I can improve in IDEs for various languages and frameworks like I did for php (elixir, vuejs, python, etc...), but I plainly don't have enough free time and that's very sad.
