GitHub Sponsors Profile
Welcome! 🤖 Just a little snippet about me. I'm Kevin, a developer from Florida, USA. Ever since I was a young kid I was fascinated by computers and related technologies. They inspire so much creativity in code, art, and much more. I've dedicated my life to demystifying the beautifulness of how they work and how they inspire.
How Sponsorship Helps
Sponsoring me keeps the fire burning and the engine running. It also helps pay my bills and save for the future.
Projects
Lately I've been experimenting with WordPress's new block editor. This started out as a way to gain more expertise with the editor, but became something Ive enjoyed working with. I think because I've focused on building tools for other developers and site creators to make work easier for them. You can check my profile on WordPress for the full list of published ones, but here are some of my favorites:
Block Diffusion - A block and some filters to interact with the Replicate API, including tools to let your users also interact with it.
Code Block Pro - At it's core it's a wrapper around the Shiki package that renders VS Code themes. But it provides a lot of features on top of that.
Rust Starter - When creating a new block I always start with this. It includes TypeScript, Tailwind and Cypress configurations (all optional) and it's configured to let you write Rust code that runs in the browser (compiles to wasm)
Per Page CSS - Currently unlisted, this is a simple plugin that lets you add CSS to any page or block. It pre-renders it in the browser, optimizing it in real time without needing any server functionality.
In my free time I also create extensions for Raycast.
