Joseph Van Name has a Ph.D. in Mathematics and has created the cryptocurrency Circcash. In his investigations into the cryptographic security of Circcash mining, he has developed new machine learning algorithms (in particular, LSRDRs) that seem to be more decipherable and interpretable than comparable machine learning algorithms. These machine learning algorithms can also be used to interpret and understand the inner workings of other machine learning algorithms. Interpretability is necessary for AI safety and alignment, so your support will ensure that future AI systems are safe to use.
My machine learning algorithms include word embedding, graph/hypergraph embedding, and novel dimensionality reduction algorithms. By donating, you can help ensure that future AI systems are safe and predictable. There is currently nobody else who is working on the algorithms that Joseph Van Name is working on including the L_{2,d}-spectral radius dimensionality reduction, so by donating to me for the open source development of these algorithms, you will ensure that a unique approach to AI safety is supported.
