EverythingNet
I'm the creator and maintainer of EverythingNet a .Net library that provides a fluent API to search for files on your computer and get results in few milliseconds. This library relies on the famous Everything Search tool.
This library can help you if you'd like to find files based on their extension, name, creation/modification date and more. Of course you can combine those criteria to build complex search queries.
If you are interested in this library I'd advise you to rather look at the version 2 branch which is not on master yet but has a much more mature API.
