I'm Jonathan, a software engineer working on distributed systems. I'm living in London, UK, but spent most of my life in France. I'm half-French half-German.
I started coding in C++ more than 20 years ago because I wanted to create video-games. Worked 5 years in the video-game industry, then did a PhD on brain-computer interfaces and augmented reality. Spent a few years writing augmented reality apps using Unity3D, then moved to the UK, distributed systems, and Go.
I always have multiple projects, but my biggest one is Actiona, a cross-platform automation tool that I develop since 2005. I also tinker with electronics and IoT. Oh, and I love ants. 🐜
