I'm a Finnish analytics professional who wants companies to do web analytics better. There's a lot happening on the analytics front, which causes bad user experiences and practices.
I'm building a free, open-source fingerprinting tool to help identify malicious actors. It can also be used for better conversion understanding where cookies are too infringing. I'm hoping to provide a short-life fingerprint based tracking tool that complies with GDPR.
I'm also building and maintaining visitdatajs, which is already being used millions of times per month.
The next steps for this project needs a bit of back end work to do, which costs me a little, but will make the component many times more useful.
As both of these components I'm building will require some back end, I'm using the donations to offset the costs.
