I'm the author and developer of FabGL, an open source graphics library for ESP32. This library has several layers, with lower layer providing display drivers (native VGA output, SPI and i2c OLED and LCD displays) up to upper layers with a full Windows Manager with windows, buttons, etc. The library also interfaces with a Mouse and a Keyboard allowing creation of full windowed final applications.
Other features of the library:

sound engine, with multiple channels mixed to a mono output. Each channel can generate sine waveforms, square, etc... or custom sampled data.
ANSI/VT Terminal
Sprites with collision detection
Canvas with several graphics primitives
