I'm a hobbyist software developer from the United States.
I love to create small, useful libraries that make life easier without the bulk of the large enterprise frameworks that have been in existence for many years. I tend to think of it not as reinventing the wheel, but making the wheel sleeker, faster, and more enjoyable to work with.
I'm currently working on several libraries for JavaFX development. I also maintain LiteORM, a persistence library for SQLite projects. I also love Apache Groovy and the features that it offers for those of us who prefer to work in Java for their side projects. I maintain several libraries that help bridge the gap between Groovy and Java, as I'm a big fan of desktop applications or utilities that allow product extension through end user written code.
At work, I mostly write SAP ABAP code, as I support our company's SAP systems.
I run several websites dedicated to advertising the open-source software that I create and thus and sponsorship will go towards web hosting, software licenses for build tools, IDEs, and the like.
