I am a computational biologist. I often make tools for microbial genomics mostly using Python. I have made command line tools for small RNA sequence analysis and epitope prediction.
In my spare time I am mainly working on a desktop application for tabular data analysis called Tablexplore. This is designed as an easy to use general tool for plotting and data cleaning and manipulation. It is at present in a working state and available for free with a GPL license. I would like to add more features.
