I'm currently working on a new 3D game programming language named Oli that will only support the latest graphics Apis - DirectX12 and Vulkan for Windows, Vulkan for Linux, and fingers crossed Metal for MacOS.
It's not quite ready for coder consumption just yet as it is still in the beta development stage.
