GitHub Sponsors Profile
I am Daniel Estévez, PhD in mathematics, freelance consultant/contractor in spacecraft communications, digital signal processing, SDR, open source developer, experimenter and Amateur radio operator (EA4GPZ / M0HXM). My main interests are radio communications, radio science and space science.
My most well know open source projects are gr-satellites, which is a GNU Radio out-of-tree module containing a collection of decoders for Amateur satellites, and Maia SDR, which is an open-source FPGA-based SDR project focusing on the ADALM Pluto. I have other minor projects including a large collection of Jupyter notebooks which I use in my experiments. I also contribute sporadically to several open source projects.
