GitHub Sponsors Profile
Daikon Games started from @nickavv's work on indie game Song of Asirra. To help him debug that project he created what would eventually grow into rt-shell, Daikon's most popular open source project today.
Based on the great reaction, community contributions, and happy users of rt-shell, more open source libraries have followed, initially centered around GameMaker Studio. We love creating, improving, and maintaining these libraries and love seeing how other game developers are able to use them to make the best games they can.
Maintaining open-source libraries, especially responding to user issues or feature requests, can definitely feel like a second job however. If you want to donate some money to say thanks to us for our work on these tools, we'd greatly appreciate it!
