My name is Cristián 👋
I'm originally from Chile 🇨🇱 , but have been living in Germany for more than 10 years 🇩🇪
My everyday work is at The Qt Company, from where I'm one of the Qt for Python developers, that you might know by the name PySide or Shiboken 🎉
I spent most of my free time contributing to different Open Source initiatives, communities and conferences! among them:

Coordinator at Python en Español by maintaining the web and bots, designing merch, on the largest Spanish speaking Python Discord server.
One of the maintainers of the Spanish version of the Python Documentation, from which I have been contributing a lot.
I'm one of the PyPI moderators working on upload/project size.
I have help organizing Python conferences in Chile 🇨🇱 (PyDay and PyCon during 2019, 2020, 2021), Spain 🇪🇸 (PyCon during 2021, 2022, 2023), USA 🇺🇸 (PyCon Charlas, Spanish track at PyConUS during 2022, 2023, and 2024), Europe 🇪🇺 (EuroPython 2023, and 2024).
Co-organizer of PyLadies Berlin, and Co-organizer of PyLadiesCon

Most of the servers and tool subscriptions I use for those initiatives are personally funded, including the merchandising I have created for them, so the sponsorship will help with that, but also with the coffee ☕ that I need for getting things done 🎉
