I first got into open source about 5 years ago, and often burn the midnight oil working on open source projects that I'm passionate about.
I'm passionate about solving complex user-experience patterns that haven't been fully solved yet, whether it be drag and drop, virtualization, date pickers, etc. Open source work can be extremely fulfilling, and I'm very grateful for the success that some of my projects have had.
