Hi everyone!
I'm Matt Scott, a jack of many trades type of fellow with a particular expertise in software & network engineering. I started in the software engineering industry in 2006 where I spent many years working very aggressively on out-pacing my peers. Since 2017, I have been working in the ISP industry where I'm able to make notably larger impacts with my solutions.
While I strive to be one of the best at what I do professionally, I've also been known to push the edge of excitement and achievement with a number of personal endeavors. Part of my professional work in the ISP industry provided me with the training and drive to take up activities involving extreme heights and rappelling.
If you like the open source work I do to support various industries such as regional and local ISPs, you can help ensure I get to continue this work as much as possible by becoming a sponsor. The cost of living is becoming ever so high in America, so I find myself having to sacrifice more of my free time doing paid work to make up the difference while in pursuit of my life goals.
