Hi, I‘m Andreas 👋
In my day-to-day job, I would probably call myself a DevOps Engineer. Basically, I play with Cloud Lego and try not to break too much every day 😅 I love Go but also work with Swift, Python and even PHP (🙄) every now and then.
My main hobby project is JWLM - an app for merging JW Library backups. I started it because I couldn‘t find anything that really ticked all of the things that I wanted - so I just built it myself. I don‘t really have much of an incentive to make any money out of it („You received free, give free.“ - Matthew 10:8). My only real expenses are the 99€ fee I pay to Apple each year. If I can somehow lower that expense - that's great! But even if I don‘t I‘m just extremely happy to know that someone can benefit from the app that I created in my quarantine times ☺️
